Terms of Use for GN Racing GE

By playing GN Racing GE ("the game"), made by GN Games, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the game.

1. Age

You must be at least 13 to use online chat and voice. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian should review these terms.

2. Your conduct online

In online races, free roam, chat, voice, driver names, race names and anything else other players can see, you must not:

• harass, threaten, bully or insult other players, or post hate speech;
• post sexual, violent or illegal content, or personal information about anyone;
• spam, advertise, or impersonate GN Games or other players;
• cheat, use modified clients, exploit bugs or disrupt other players' games.

You can mute, block and report any player in the game. We review reports and may remove content, restrict chat or online play, or delete accounts that break these rules.

3. Virtual items

Coins, cars, parts and other in-game items have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money and are licensed to you for use in the game only. We may adjust the game's economy and rewards.

4. Content

The game, its cars, tracks, art and code belong to GN Games and its licensors. Paint designs, names and routes you create remain yours, but you give us permission to store them and show them to other players in the game.

5. Availability

Online features depend on third-party services (Google Play Games, Unity, Photon) and may change, be interrupted or end. The game is provided "as is" without warranties, to the extent the law allows.

6. Privacy

See our Privacy Policy.
